We are in the process of completing a house sale with Dexters Sunbury and highly recommend Nick and his team. Following an honest valuation,  he has been efficient, helpful and attentive throughout,  guiding us through some tricky decisions but with no undue pressure. As well as formal viewing/feedback information, Nick provides ad hoc phone updates and has been transparent in his dealings with ourselves, the prospective buyers and bids. Even during these unprecedented times of lockdown, he calls with informative updates and news from our buyer.

We initially advertised our property with another agent. After a disappointing time frame, we moved to Dexters in Sunbury and WOW what a difference. We had so many viewings, the contact and service was phenomenal and after a really short time we had sold our property. We also found our perfect next home through Dexters. The team at Dexters Sunbury were great until the day of completion when I had problems, so I can only leave them three stars. Both coded gate keys I was handed did not work which made moving in that day impossible. After two days of back and forth with Dexters they said ‘it is not our legal obligation to provide you with keys’. Day four of owning my home I finally managed to track down the information I needed to get a new coded key, which were £80 each. I didn’t get to move in until a week after completion, safe to say this was a very difficult and stressful week of reorganising furniture deliveries. I accept they not legally obliged but they did nothing to remedy the situation by getting the information from the vendor. Customer service appeared to go out the window once the ‘deal’ had been done. When I come to sell my property it will definitely not be through Dexters
