My initial contact was with Nick Wozniak who afforded me so much time when he first came to my home of over 40 years. There was no question that I felt in safe hands not only from a selling viewpoint but in my potential onward purchase which Nick recommended. Nick and Luke Boyd throughout the process went beyond the call of duty. They never gave up and were beyond helpful when an issue with my purchase reared its head. Nick was not only honest at every stage, transparent, patient and supportive but acted out of the 'remit' of an estate agent on an advisory level. I believe estate agents generally get 'bad' press but trust me choose Dexters and you are in safe hands. When it came to exchange and completion Nick was in short making it all happen from the bottom of the chain to the top! I can not speak highly enough of Dexters Sunbury.... Nick & Luke thank you guys and not forgetting the lovely Elaine who lead my open day!

Sale process was handled very professionally and efficiently given so much fluctuation in the market around interest rates. During our house sale we dealt with Luke and primarily Nick. The experience has been nothing short of excellent. We had a couple of ups and downs, but Luke and Nick never lost faith, always kept us updated and remained positive all the way through to exchange, and completion. Most importantly, they got the job done competently, professionally, and honestly. Luke introduced us to a solicitor which we decided to use for our sale. The solicitor was also spot on with thoroughness, timely responses, and was reasonably priced too. Our forward purchase wasn't through Dexters, but despite this, Nick gave me some really good advice multiple times - even though there was nothing in it for him. (My purchase wasn't reliant on my sale.) Estate agents typically get a bad rep, but I can hand on heart say my experience with Dexters Sunbury has been phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them. If more estate agents were like the Dexters team in Sunbury, that bad rep wouldn't exist. Thanks for all your efforts guys!
