We recently got in touch with Dexters (sunbury-on-thames branch) for a good property we are looking to buy in the Sunbury area. We met the agent Fadi Jibrail at the dexters branch office. Very polite, understanding, respectful and extremely knowledgeable person. He not only enquired and made notes with keen interest about our preferences and what we are looking for but also advised us thoroughly about the sunbury-on-thames area, answered all our questions, making it much easier for us to think about and make a final decision regarding the property. He also took us for a viewing of around 4-5 properties and was massively helpful in the process of viewing as well as the support in making a decision to put an offer. We have been meeting estate agents since the year 2013 for the purpose of buying/ renting several properties and we have no hesitation in saying that Fadi has been one of the best agents we have dealt with so far.

In the process of purchasing a house in Sunbury. I am being assisted by Callum Gibbons from Dexters. Callum has been very supportive and understanding for our needs from the start. He was on point, with the viewing. Trust me when I say it, we did put in an offer for the 2nd house we viewed with him. Was like he could read our mind, with the budget, our needs and requirements. January 2023 I'm updating my review as I've now had experience as a buyer and seller with the team at Dexters Sunbury. I'm delighted to confirm we completed on the house we were buying last year and we were so impressed with the service we received, we put our flat on for sale with the team. My experience as a seller has been just as brilliant, absolutely first class. I've had update calls every Monday and Friday from Danielle who, along with the team, has worked tirelessly to proactively hunt for potential buyers. Even though ours was a slightly challenging property to sell in the current market, the team never lost hope. Since recently joining the Sunbury branch, Callum has been so enthusiastic and always sounds like he's smiling at the end of the phone. It was one of his viewings that found us our buyer - thank you Callum, and Danielle for expertly managing the negotiations. As was our experience with our purchase, I genuinely felt that Danielle perfectly balanced both parties' interests and I'm always blown away by her professionalism, whilst also enjoying our friendly chats.
