GoogleI would like to thank Maddy Peris personally for her efforts with my tenancy, especially over the Xmas period when my new home sprung a leak in the bathroom which then flooded my kitchen. GoogleGiven the difficulty of starting a rental process in Oxford, I have to say that with Carter Jones it has been very easy. The aspects to highlight are: quick response, ease of visiting the property, clarity in the application process, and immediate support via email or phone calls when I had questions. I have to say that this was the first time I rented through an agency and I was terrified by how complex the process could be. It has all been easy and quick, and for that, I am very grateful.

Not understanding the rental system all that well (being new in the country), they were most supportive and always kept us updated with what was required to secure the rental.
