GoogleIt’s always a pleasure to deal with Carter Jonas! The lettings team was very helpful when I was about to enter into a tenancy agreement, and then when I decided to extend my tenancy for another year. I was mostly dealing with Kate Edwards who always responds to the emails in a timely manner and explained all requirements I needed to comply with very well.

GoogleWe have had nothing but a positive experience dealing with Carter Jonas, a particular mention must go out to the very pleasant Rachel Williamson at the Oxfordshire office, she really made a big difference when responding very promptly to our enquiries in a professional but friendly manner which is getting noticeably rare with a lot of companies nowadays, she’s a woman who just gets thing done !

A MESS in administration, making FALSE statements and BLAME the tenant in bad attitude!!!, , , Barnes branch. Two staff called to reserve a time separately for future tenant to come to viewing (They asked me to remove their names (The Associate Partner and the Assistant), not sure they were afraid of anything. But it’s fine for me as the fact that here is true.).The viewing was fine to me. But one day before the viewing one staff called and expressed no viewing on that day and asked for another day. It was also fine to me. Then another senior staff called and BLAMED and SCOLDED at me about the cancellation in BAD attitude and ARGUED with me. She was the senior staff of this company. Why the staff do NOT have any compromised before making arrangements? Why the senior staff use such BAD attitude to customer and not clarify that their staff was the one to cancel ???? Then they made up another story and called the landlord that I was not co-operate. What a nonsense and FALSE statement!!!!It’s their staffs fault and keep accusing others without any feeling sorry. I will keep to complain to outsider independence organisation if your company keep continuing to make false statements and accuse me like this.NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

GoogleMy husband and I rented our first house through Carter Jonas. Tanya were our lovely agent and we have had the best service that we can imagine. We went through a quite few agencies that time and we didn't get help we wanted. Lynsey was really helpful, efficient and organised as she took me through the process of completing the rental paperwork and when I went in to collect the keys for the property. GoogleWe sold a property with the professional help of Carter Jonas and the sale was completed in December 2014. From our initial meeting with Isabella, we knew we were in safe and capable hands and from the moment we instructed the sale, the whole team were fantastic from start to finish. The photographer took care and attention to get the best pics, Julianna from the team was constructive with presenting the property in its best light with many attributes and Isabella was committed to each and every house viewing. Her guide price was the price we achieved and we were of course, very pleased. The sale did fall through (unexpectedly) at one stage of the game, due to the purchaser not being able to get the lending they required, however as soon as this became apparent, the property was actively remarketed immediately and a second offer (for more) was secured within a day or two. The property sales team (particularly Isabella who managed our sale) and the property lettings team gave considerable time to visiting our property and another property that we are hoping to buy soon and gave us advise on property valuations and rental values to enable us to help make some decisions. We are very grateful for their help and support over the last few months or so and would highly recommend them for property sales and rental. Thank you Carter Jonas

Several things went wrong when trying to sell my apartment.The person that was responsible for selling my apartment left the company. They didn't tell me anything. I only got to know this when I contacted the office 1 month after my apartment was listed and I hadn't heard anything thus far.A second point was that I was promised by the agent that they would clean my apartment for free. In the end all they did was vacuum cleaning the bedroom carpet. The rest they then claimed it was a misunderstanding. Does cleaning an apartment means cleaning one carpet only?Finally, they gave my name to several viewers. Who then found me online and contacted me directly. Is it even legal to reveal my personal details to prospective buyers for no reason? GDPR anyone?I ended up switching to another agent. Communication was really bad, and I think that's the base for trust. But trust had been violated already when they fooled me with the promises of cleaning the apartment.EDIT: I sent an email to the address provided by Carter Jonas below but they never replied. These comments here on Truspilot are probably just automatic bots. They couldn't care less about what went wrong.

She was flexible and patient when the service providers I hired didn’t show up and I had to reschedule a few times. She made sure I was taken care of when she was in holidays. GoogleWe have used Carter Jonas on two occasions, first to let out our house when we worked abroad some years ago, and now to sell it in 2021. We have been hugely impressed by their expert knowledge and ability to find solutions. Top marks especially to Julia who patiently helped us find our next house and, when we were ready to sell, matched us very quickly with an excellent buyer. GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would, the amount of stress and PTSD, this company have caused me trying to move house is too much. The most horrific customer service I’ve ever had to deal with, also and the rudest staff going. Avoid these people at all costs.
