We selected Carter Jonas to act on an executors’ sale of a flat in Bishop Mansions because of their experience of handling transactions in this complex. We were not disappointed and very pleased with the service we received from Wayland Ward-Smith and Mandy Jacobs. They showed the flat to a number of potential buyers in a very short period of time and secured an offer at the asking price. The transaction was then delayed due to challenges in obtaining Probate but we received good advice on how to manage the delay and they also kept the intended purchaser advised so that they acquired the property when formalities had been completed

We used Carter Jonas's Fulham branch (Wayland Ward-Smith) to sell a much loved flat in January. We have used the branch on two previous occasions and again could not fault the service. We achieved almost 10% above asking price and were impressed with the professionalism with which the transaction was handled. The communication was clear and advice was offered where needed. I would like to praise Ms Lajla Turner from the South Kensington office. She gave me great advice about the decor of the flat. I followed her advice and in less than two weeks she had found me a suitable tenant with almost the asking price. Ms Turner provided us with very reliable reference checks and the right tenant. Great agency to work for

We provide Carter Jonas Bishops Park (Igor) with photos and plans and they are great to work with. They are always on the ball and communicate really well between us and also the occupants of properties making it really easy for us to get the best out of a property. Not everyone takes the time to setup with tenants or the owners of a property as well as the Bishops Park branch do. They are a pleasure to work for.

Very bad company for renting

I signed a contract with them and after few days they decided to cancel my contract because I am on benefits and full-time employment. They left me with 2 of my children in the street it is horrible! I could stay in previous accommodation even I canceled my agreement because I had a contract with Carter Jonas. Thank you, my first landlord, who was happy to take me with my children back (I explain to him my situation about disrespectful and angry people in Carter Jonas) and we signed another renting contract. But people working in Carter Jonas are horrible and cannot work with people. They even call and insulted me and my children because I am on benefits. But I am a single mother who works full-time and has two wonderful children and getting some benefits because of it. They were very bully and insulted me by phone and how they behaved with me and 2 my children.
