GoogleThe staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I registered with Haart my interest in purchasing a property. They kept me informed of the properties that fitted the details I gave them and did not waste my time sending me details of properties that did not fulfill the criteria I was after.
Bradley is the agent dealing with the property I am interested in and he has been keeping me up-to-date at each step of the process, advising me of the next step I need to take to keep things progressing in good time.
Warren is the mortgage advisor that I spoke to in the office who was very helpful in explaining the entire process and likely timescales to expect etc.
Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by all of the staff at Haart that I have had dealings with, either face to face or just over the phone.

It was Emily that came out to value the property and due to her professionalism and attitude I decided to use Haart to sell my property. I had a few different staff that I dealt with initially, however Greg was then allocated my house and the sale of. Greg has been an absolute star and I can't thank him enough for his help, guidance, support with the sale of my property. He has gone above and beyond to assist me. He is a credit to Haart Estate agents. Emily has also been amazing, dealing with the sale of my property and helping push the solicitors to move things along. Billie-Jane was present at the viewing, she was very friendly, welcoming and was happy to address any questions we had about the property and the surrounding area.
