I requested a valuation for my property and Gregg King - who I have known through his work as an estate agent since 2017 - made arrangements to visit my property today. Some estate agents can be pushy, have no interest in speaking to you unless you're selling and want to focus on their sales pitch. Gregg is a very rare exception and if I'm honest, the only one I've met who I would gladly go back to in the event I decide to sell. I value his experience and honest advice so like to run through potential options for my house in the event I decide not to sell. He didn't lose interest or make excuses to leave, he was interested and provided valuable input which I will discuss with my builder as I'm in the process of considering various options for extending my house. I will also engage with an architect to make the best use of the space to ensure it is functional and works but I will absolutely keep Gregg in the loop. The reason for this is I value his expertise as I want to make sure I do the right thing(s) for a return on my investment. If you want an honest, informed and professional estate agent, you need to reach out to Gregg. I wanted to write this review as the market is quite buoyant at the moment which usually means stressed sellers or buyers. If this applies to anyone reading this, contact Gregg. He has local knowledge, years of experience and professionalism in abundance which will make the process of selling your property or providing a realistic valuation much easier.

At the start of lockdown I went through a very difficult separation and had to receive some extra support. Nearly all estate agents I went to in the area wouldn’t even talk to me let alone consider me as a tenant. Rosie at Haart Medway was such a breath of fresh air.
