Without doubt the best estate agents in the Medway area, with whom I have had previous dealings and good to see they are still maintaining their excellent standards. A special mention to Megan who goes the extra mile to help out with rental valuations. I can not fault them in any way and would not consider using anyone else. Very pleased. Other estate agents would need to up their game considerably to be anywhere near as good as Haart. I would not trust anyone else with my property. She was put onto my case later in the process but she did a fantastic job and making sure the rest of the process went smoothly after being poorly managed to begin with. We were shown around a property by a lovely lady called Rosie Wilks. This was our 8/9th viewing so we’re used to Estate Agents at this stage and I can honestly say Rosie was a breath of fresh air! (No offence to the others from various companies) Rosie really knew her stuff, showed us around and then left us to it to have a look alone (which is really important to us) and answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally - she even answered some that I’d forgotten just by her explanation of everything. Both Liz & Billie-Jane were fantastic when we found our first home in Strood. Billie was excellent at answering our questions at the start of the process and later on Liz helped us deal with any issues and always had time to discuss things and put our fears to rest. I relied on Liz much more than our conveyancer during the sale & always found her friendly & reassuring. On the day I collected the keys there was a wonderful box of treats waiting for me at the office and a card signed by everyone, which was a lovely touch indeed. My experience with heart estate agents Medway was unbelievable. 'Have had several experiences with quite a several estate agents, few of them are ok but most of them are not welcoming and a bit discriminating when they hear my accent, they don't offer their property, sorry the property has been offered to someone else's, these are the statement I mostly received from many estate agents. My first contact with Keely was brilliant, friendly, polite, professional, and very kind to help, Jack was very helpful as well, polite and friendly. Rosie Wilks is the absolute best estate agent for 2021. She is always so professional and personable, how she managed to make the whole house hunting process enjoyable, I don't know. I even looked forward to viewing with Haart because of her amazing sales mannerism and she knew exactly what I was looking for. I requested a valuation for my property and Gregg King - who I have known through his work as an estate agent since 2017 - made arrangements to visit my property today. Some estate agents can be pushy, have no interest in speaking to you unless you're selling and want to focus on their sales pitch. Gregg is a very rare exception and if I'm honest, the only one I've met who I would gladly go back to in the event I decide to sell. I value his experience and honest advice so like to run through potential options for my house in the event I decide not to sell. He didn't lose interest or make excuses to leave, he was interested and provided valuable input which I will discuss with my builder as I'm in the process of considering various options for extending my house. I will also engage with an architect to make the best use of the space to ensure it is functional and works but I will absolutely keep Gregg in the loop. The reason for this is I value his expertise as I want to make sure I do the right thing(s) for a return on my investment. If you want an honest, informed and professional estate agent, you need to reach out to Gregg. I wanted to write this review as the market is quite buoyant at the moment which usually means stressed sellers or buyers. If this applies to anyone reading this, contact Gregg. He has local knowledge, years of experience and professionalism in abundance which will make the process of selling your property or providing a realistic valuation much easier.

I'm not sure how to start, other than by saying HAART Medway did everything they could for my sale and purchase. It's a long review, but hopefully... you'll read and agree that in the Medway towns there really is a shortage of estate agents that operate like HAART and as such, deserve your business. Myself and my wife had three companies come round, all gave the same region of valuation. We were happy with the valuation, but also understanding that the price is dictated by the market, not the agents... they can only help gauge! Greg was communicative, responsive and did what he said he would do. We had an open house in April. It was fully booked within 2 days and we had a buzz that others also liked our house, we swipe so much on other sites that we are then the house being judged... Billie and Jade were communicative from the start and gave great feedback from the viewings. We had 3 offers, 2 at asking. We took the first time buyer, this is because we wanted to give a young family what we had when we bought 6 years prior... a FAMILY home. The offer to us was accepted. Now we had to find, it didn't take long, we were able to make an offer and have it accepted after brief negotiations. From here on out is where HAART Medway and most notably STUART REYNOLDS not only earnt the commission but deserved that commission 100% Without going into the nitty gritty, as we are now 3 days in our house, unpacked and sorting out decorators and all the fun stuff... BUT we had issues with all avenues of the business but Stuart and also Elizabeth were a HUGE help. They responded to 100's and I mean 100's of emails. They were prompt, they shared my sentiments and they did not come across as robotic, it felt human. Myself and my wife needed reassurances, we needed to know timelines, we needed to have reasoning behind delays. Stuart was there, picking up the phone, hounding our vendors solicitors, my solicitors, my buyers solicitors. There is much more to this sale/purchase but what matters is how HAART Medway dealt with me, and I honestly cannot thank them and Stuart enough for how I felt like a priority, I felt like they understood, and I also felt that they were doing this for everyone. When I went to hand the keys in, Stuart, Elizabeth, Billie and Jade all said hello, they know I wasn't happy at times, they know I sent rather frustrated emails and demands to know what is going on. They knew it wasn't at them, and they knew the importance. I would use HAART Medway again without a doubt, I would recommend anyone who has concerns or stresses about the buying/selling scenario to trust in HAART Medway as I could not have asked for better. This is a long review, but to cap it off, I would genuinely give 6 stars for this 5 star review based on the personable service I received from HAART Medway and again most notably Stuart Reynolds!

Olivia was fantastic at getting the house sale process moving along swiftly and provided continuous updates. She worked tirelessly at pushing the conveyance team along as they were stalling the process at several stages. Very friendly, polite and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Stephanie was fantastic. With talking to me on the phone trying her best to get an engineer out from either haart or my landlord. Unfortunately neither had anyone available until the Monday. She called on the Tuesday to make sure that everything was sorted and that they had manged to get someone out. Due to my landlord having their own contractor she wasn't sure if they had come round and wanted to check.
