I have had Olivia Barguss as my moving manager from Haart throughout the duration of my property purchase. She has been extremely helpful, and was always at the end of the phone if I had any questions. She has been extremely prompt when replying to emails, even going to the extent of assuring me that whilst she was on annual leave, she would still be checking her emails to ensure my purchase went as smoothly as possible. I have found Megan and the rest of the team to be very supportive and helpful. They have always been willing to help me out, whether it's answering questions, providing advice, or reaching out with the latest listing. Customer service is excellent. While I am yet to find an apartment and my experience with many other agencies have not been positive, Megan and her team listen well and communicate effectively.
