We used Haart to sell our house. Phil came round to value our property and spent plenty of time going through all aspects of the sale, with the support they could offer. We had been in the house for 30 years and he took this into consideration when viewing our property. Phil put our property on the market and within a week we had four viewers and an offer that we accepted. The sale has not been easy, with a buyer pulling out at the bottom of the chain and lots of stress. However each time Haart got us more viewers and even though we went with the original buyer, we did get another offer on the table quickly. Phil has been there to help at every stage. We would recommend Haart and ask for Phil if you do as he’s a really down to earth person who gets the job done. Thanks Phil x

However, after payment was made, Larissa became unresponsive and could not be reached. This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of the information provided and the conduct of Haart. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution and consider alternative agencies.

What can I say to express my ultimate gratitude to Haart estate and letting agents. They have been absolutely impeccable with the service they offer and I will do my best to find the words to sum up how amazing they really are! Starting with a valuation service, it was friendly honest and open. Miles different in their approach to helping sellers get onto the market by way of such a detailed fact find of the market to a consultative approach to what would be the best way to market our house. No pushy sales tactics and the only agent that allowed us to think about their proposed marketing campaign and left the door open so that we could reapproach them when we were ready to sell. Now on to the viewings and offers. Our 1st buyers fell through but Haart were quick to find us more viewings and an offer. The team worked tirelessly and specifically a lady called Harjas kept us updated every step of the way. During the viewings, she even made sure our cats didn't run loose after(much appreciated!) and would call to give initial feedback followed by a second, usually the following day with viewer comments. Then came the sales progression. I want to make a special mention to Olivia Barguss from the strood branch. She is one competant agent with such a friendly, proactive demenour. Despite lots of waiting on our chain, Olivia has been incredible and unwavering in getting our house to exchange point. She not only kept us updated even when there was incremental change in the chain, she progress two other related buyers so the chain would keep moving. This is going above and beyond what is expected of her! The buyers and their related sold through a different agent but Olivia was the only one co-ordinating and pushing for progress where other agents had lost sight of the "to do list and outstanding enquiries". She even reached out to the buyers and related as well as their solicitors to gain answers. Without her on the case, we dread to think how long we would be waiting still. If Olivia's line management or head office read this, please please give her a significant recognition, she is an absolute credit to your business. Harjas and Olivia - an infinite thank you for everything you have done on this selling journey. In summary, I would be recommending Haart to anyone looking for a fair, tailored and personal agent who genuinely cares for its sellers. 10 out of 10 and you won't find a better agent! Sarah

She kept us updated throughout the search for our next rental property and was very accommodating when it came to the viewings and flexible . This review is particularly for one of Haart’s staff called Sophie O. Whilst I’ve rated the agency 3*, she certainly deserves a 5* with a pay rise. My husband and I have been trying to resolve an issue which we’ve emailed and called other members of the agency to help us resolve with no answer for a couple of weeks. Although there was a bit of a mixup with the original property I planned to see being wrongly listed online, Larissa was assigned to show me around another property and more than made up for that mishap. She listened to my needs and was patient with every question I had as a first time renter - detailing different deposit options, how they would give guidance on setting up bills and council tax, as well as how the income threshold is calculated.
