In an uncertain time its good to have reliable and responsive people especially when it comes to an asset as big as a home. I have sold a previous property through Haart and was impressed with the service and personal touch that I received last time - so much so that I'm using them again. My experience so far has been great with every bit of information you could need, every question you could ask - taken care of. The team at Haart Medway have worked tirelessly to get my house sold for the best price and always with my best interests in mind. There has always been constant communication even when there were times where there is nothing to report and that makes a real difference. The house selling / buying process can be a stressful and daunting place but the Haart Medway team have done everything they can to remove that stress and simplify the process. In addition Haart have adopted every piece of Marketing strategy imaginable. In an age where Social Media is everywhere this has been adopted and with great success and thousands of views. Its testament to the Haart teams hard work and listening to the customer that has delivered the sale of my house. My special thanks to Gregg, Rosie, Stuart, Billie and Ryan for making this happen. Found a property in rochester we wanted to view. Called haart to arrange a viewing was told someone would contact us, waited a week tried again they said someone would ring. Scott Called us after a few days eventually got to view the property in rochester rd Cuxton on the Monday which was good met by a pleasant lady Megan. Unfortunately she couldn't answer our questions in her defence she's not long been with company. she'd ask hoping to get information. After two days she asked what we thought we did like the property. Asked again for information response she couldn't tell us as there is no floor plan or how big the land is where the boundaries are so forth. Asked for the manager to give us a call hoping for answers. But again no phone call or email. Really disappointed after reading other reviews. It makes you think that you wouldn't sell your property through haart if they can't be bothered to answer.

I cannot explain how easy Keely Williams from Haart Medway has made the letting process for my sister. I am going Guarantor for my younger sister and Keely was able to arrange a viewing within the hour of requesting it and within three hours the landlord was onboard with us. I’ve been dealing with Megan and Keely in the Medway lettings team over the past few weeks and they have been truly amazing. We met Megan at the property for the viewing and we were very impressed with her knowledge of the area and it was very easy chatting to her. We have dealt with Keely over the phone a lot whilst sorting out the paperwork and nothing is ever too much trouble. These girls are an absolute asset to the team and we’re so grateful for all the help that they have provided.
