I have let out my property via Highcastle Estates and found them to be Profesional. The day to day management is dealt with by their in house team and very often they liaise with my maintenance team when any work or safety certificates are required.

Panay looked after the sale of my property and did a great job considering the circumstances. He communicated clearly to all parties the situation as it went on which meant expectations were met and all parties came out with a happy outcome. Out of all the estate agents I encountered in the area Panay demonstrated the most professionalism so I highly recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Just viewed a flat advertised by this agency and my advice is not to waste your time. The pictures are nothing like the actual place. Even if I would get 50% off the price it would not be enough to clean and make the place decent.

So useless... Literally useless... The amount of time I've had to wait for them to fix leaks around the house is ridiculous, always stalling and coming up with excuses
