We bought our house back in April and we were lucky enough to work with Vikram as the seller’s agent to complete the purchase. Vikram is an excellent communicator, offers excellent advice (even when he doesn’t really have to) and was always generous with his time and availability. I’ve now seen my other friends buy a house through an agent from Hell so my appreciation for Vikram has grown. STAY AS FAR away as possible

I will categorically say to STAY AS FAR AWAY from them as you possibly can. This isn't just from one negative experience.. it is from multiple years of failed ability to act in the proper manner or even CARE that they do not do their job properly. I speak for the lettings side.. for the sales side I will not say I know how well or not well they operate. But I ASSURE you if you are looking to let your property with them, they will disappoint you, whether it's late rental payments, not getting to repairs in time and then charging you because 'it became urgent', not responding to emails without multiple chasing.. and more.

I had a great experience with this lettings team and would highly recommend them. As a busy mum, searching for properties in London can be overwhelming, but their system made everything so much easier. From the moment I walked in, Carolina was welcoming and guided me through the viewings. What really stood out was how organised they are constant updates, clear communication, and their app is brilliant!! We hired Highcastle Estates to assist me to find suitable tennant’s to lease my mother’s bungalow in Essex. Living in California made it very challenging, so I was very fortunate to be assigned Panay and Rica from this office that work extremely hard and to help us find excellent tenants to move in. It’s my the worst experience with agency. They told that’s booked time for viewing and didn’t come first time at all. Second time I waited 20 minutes started calling they ignored. After half hour someone come, who doesn’t know anything about this property and don’t know answer for any question about it. The property was in horrible condition. Just wasted my time. They just start annoying after not nice email. Very serious company))

I must say I am impressed with Highcastle Estates. I have given my properties to local guaranteed rent agents before but have had a really bad experience, hence I didn’t want to go down that route. However, with the current pandemic, I felt it was the best solution for the vacant properties in my portfolio. I contacted a few agents and I must say what impressed me most was that the thoroughness of their fire risk inspection which put my mind at ease. Ismail and Uwais were absolute gentlemen and made sure they picked up every small detail. The process from start to finish was so smooth and quick, the response times, and answering my queries thoroughly made me feel Highcastle Estates really know what they are doing. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this agency, especially the Stratford branch where the agent Sorina Surdu is located, because they will do their best not to return the deposit and will invoke any reason to the property just to keep the deposit. I regret having an experience with them and therefore I ask everyone who wants to rent from them not to do it because they will lose money !!
