Highcastle Estates is a fantastic company to go with, I have sent many of my friends to this estate agents simply because they have been able to tailor each and everyones personal requirements to there specific criteria rather than just trying to push them into taking anything, they have been able to make me and my friends happy due to there extensive experience in the industry from short lets to long lets. Letting agent didn’t show up to the viewing. I waited outside the flat with another prospective tenant for half an hour (she was booked in for the slot after me). We buzzed the flat multiple times & even called another branch (ours was closed) who said they were unable to help. I had left work early to attend this viewing & wasn’t impressed. I was called the next day for viewing feedback (!). The lady on the phone was, to be fair, very apologetic & said she would book me in for another viewing. However, I never received any confirmation of this… I just gave up at that point. I would avoid Highcastle in future.

I gave this agency one star just because I wanted to share my nightmare experience with them. I live in a flat managed by this company and I called many times to ask for some maintenance works and not smalls ones, we had a terrible leek that has damaged completely the ceiling and that has affected even the electric system. This flat is not suitable to be rented and is constantly in need of maintenance. I leave one picture to prove how unprofessional and dangerous is this company. A big thank you to the maintenance guys who seams to understand how bad the situation is

A complete lack of flexibility & understanding in not opening up any evening or weekend viewings which every other agent I have spoken to was more than happy to do! I requested to see a flat and was only given a 11-12 slot one day during the week, even though I explained many times that as a teacher I'll not be able to come out like that during the day at 11. So the only people they are opening up viewings to are those who can get time off during these days. week with no understanding for key workers or professionals such as teachers who work very hard and come out during the school day. I really wanted to see a flat and thus far have been denied a chance to see it very disappointeding indeed.

The best letting agent out there. No hassle and it’s clear they know what they are doing. We gave them our property to rent out and they gave us a very competitive rate with good tenants who took care of the property as if it was one of their own. The team at Highcastle are always on hand to help and the director Mr Patel will even get involved when there are issues. Excellent service, efficient processes and genuine nice people.
