I passed through bad experience with this agency. I don't advise it .did viewing paid holding deposit and references and after waiting 3 weeks they cancelled my application. This put me through stressful situations as I have to move just wasted my time. And I have to start the process again with another agency and property

Saying unprofessional is an understatement. They have no control on the contractors and in the maintance, they booked an appointment with me 3 times in a row, i lost days at work because the agency claim it was an emergency and when the contractors finally showed up, they just did a quick test on the smoke detectors. The list should be really long, mould everywhere, roof leaking, the house incredibly dirty and cleaner every two weeks. No protected deposit, just to mention a few, at the end i lost part of the deposit after i literally call theme everyday. Avoid, has been an horrible experience. No i won't remove the review as Sorina and many people from highcaslte came in the property saying they took over sapphire. That's proven by the fact I've called you everyday to get the deposit back, deposit that was shortened without any direct explanation.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Over the span of three days we tried to see one property and called numerous times but the agents were always “out of the building” and we were constantly met with the receptionist saying “we’ll get our colleagues to call you back” and never once received a call or email from them. Extremely unprofessional and poor communication. Poor time management and really slack agents who couldn’t even bother to send us a message or return a quick phone call. Avoid at all costs - negligent company that damage the properties they look after. Bad for renters and tenants. We have spent 6 months trying to get the company to fix the drain which is flooding the cellar and the house next doors and they have done nothing despite having plumbers reports and tests to show the work that needs doing. They ignore phone calls, ignore the request for complaints to be put in and are happy to allow damage to the properties they look after as well as leaving the tenants living in poor conditions. Terrible company with no customer service or morals.
