Hi Andrei, We are extremely surprised to have received this review especially as over 85% of your deposit was returned. The deductions were the check-out report which was stated and pointed out to you on your contract and a few broken items which you had agreed. Furthermore, you received a response on the day and your deposit was returned within a couple days. We’d also like to mention, there were a few more items in the property which, as mentioned, could have been charged to you, but as you were good tenants, the landlady decided not to charge for these although it was within her right. Once again, we are surprised to have received this review. We wish you all the best in the future! Highcastle Estates
