They use very shady business practises. They tell local builders how much you have offered so that they offer higher. the builders will then do the place up then sell it back through them and they can get more commission. Very dirty practises I would avoid.

GoogleMe and my other half both agree that Chloe and Michael in the lettings department are quite possibly the dream team of lettings agents! This is what letting agents SHOULD be like! Professional, courteous and genuine, they are everything the industry is missing. Communication was spot on and the whole rental process was very smooth and efficient. Couldn't recommend them more. Absolute stars.

GoogleIncredibly poor service, I strongly suggest using another agent. My grandmother tried to sell a house through them and they were extremely unhelpful. Worst of all, they were very dishonest, withholding facts about the buyers. This naturally lead to weeks of stress and disappointment until she was forced to go to another agency. I recommend you take this advice if you value your time and want an efficient service!
