The team at Stratford Upon Avon went above and beyond all expectations. Although acting for their own client, they tried their very best to help push my own private sale through. I would not hesitate to recommend them and believe they are above average estate agents.

This Estate Agent does careful market appraisals but the offers rarely match the market value and communication is generally poor (mainly phone) and the complaints system non-existent. Probably the underlying cause is a conflict of interest between providing mortgages and serving the sellers' best interest.

GoogleFrom the moment we stepped into the office we had nothing but professionalism from Shane, Amy and Vanessa. Vanessa we dealt with most as she was the one who got us our mortgage and help to buy. If it was not for her we would not have the house we wanted. Easily the best estate agent in stratford with the best mortgage advisor.
