GoogleR A Bennett and partners have been the letting agents for our property in Stratford for about 8 years. During that time they have offered a very professional service and I can thoroughly recommend them. In mid- November this year they alerted me promptly to the fact that the tenant at that time would be leaving in early-mid December. By the end of November they had advertised the property, shown several potential tenants round and recommended a professional person who passed all the relevant credit checks. Their efficiency ensured that the new tenant was able to move in within a day of the property becoming vacant, very much a bonus for Landlords such as me who do not like to see their properties empty during a cold winter such as we are currently 'enjoying', (particularly as I live 200 miles away from Stratford-upon-Avon)! In addition, I received a very useful report from the property maintenance team (including photographs) on the current decorative state of the property and a check of the inventory. Five stars without a doubt.
Hi, Chris. Thanks for that excellent feedback. I'm delighted to hear that you're impressed with our quickness efficiency. Thank you for the 5* rating! Kind regards, Chris

GoogleDespite an initial appearance of professional competency, over the weeks we came to realize that R.A. Bennett and co are simply a bunch of dishonest, corner-cutting and forthright property bandits masquerading as a high street estate agency. From the wrong photographs, errors aplenty in the property description, failure to communicate true details of potential buyers, mendacious affirmations as to required tasks' completion, to a general failure to execute the most basic tasks in a professional and logical manner (sign installed at a neighbour's!), our experience with this company has been a complete nightmare and one we're unlikely to forget in a hurry. My advice, stay away if you value your property dealings and/or general sanity.
Thank you for your comments, as you will be aware we have responded separately to our client. Best regards
