Can highly recommend Emma and the team at R A Bennett at Stratford. They went above and beyond what we could expect from an estate agents in pushing through our sale and purchase. The process was fraught as our buyers and our buyers buyers were with Purple Bricks. If there is one thing I've learned from this process it is that if you have a prospective buyer with Purple Bricks for your property DO NOT accept their offer if you want a smooth transaction. Emma and your team you are worth every penny we will be paying you for your services.

My wife and I initially made contact with the Agency in June with the intention of selling our period Cottage in Broadway. Mandy visited us soon after our enquiry. GoogleWe found the whole experience from start to finish professional and personal. All concerns and any questions were dealt with in a professional manner. Because of this we managed to sell the house within four days of being put on the market. Since the house was sold, we have been getting a weekly update, On the progress of the sale. Any concerns or inquiries the other side had, we were helped and guided by R A Bennetts. Would I recommend RA Bennett's, the answer is Yes. If things go as well as they have for us, selling your property will be a more pleasant experience. GoogleEmma Franklin and the rest of her team from the Stratford branch have done their utmost, at all times, to help us sell our Mum's house. It was not the most straight forward property for them to deal with (for various reasons), but Emma's professionalism and consideration towards us has been fantastic. From the first day she called round to take our details, she has been so helpful and on the ball with everything concerned and has made the sale so much easier. Viewings of the property were instant and we had several offers within two weeks, one of which we accepted. Thank you to the R A Bennett & Partners team at Stratford, and special thanks to Emma and Aimie for making this sad sale so much easier for us. The agent is so important when it comes to marketing your house, obviously. So choose wisely. We originally went with another agent who was woeful and cost us several thousand pounds so I was a bit more 'informed' this time. Hands up R A Bennett & Partners at Evesham, Jenna and the team, were first class. Obviously knowing of our original experience they may have something to prove but frankly I just want someone to be honest, informative and help sell my house. From the initial appointment when we were helped with a pricing strategy, you may not like their guide but they are the professionals, they were constantly in touch reassuring us and organising the photography and brochure details etc, setting up the 'perfect launch' weekend. We signed the contract and then the team went into overdrive, within 3 hours (it may have been 2 but I don't want to exagerrate) we had 2 viewings for the launch weekend. We didn't get that far....within that week we had 3 early viewings, 3 offers and sold to a genuine cash buyer who our previous agent had turned away!! And it didn't stop there as they hadn't finished the job. They held our hands right up to completion keeping us up to date on proceedings and helping with any queries. Clearly they are very proactive and jumped on the phones to contact their database hence the swiftness of the results. Now in fairness to our previous agent it may have been a better time to sell, a busier market, or just a better agent, much, much better. Oh and they sold it for several thousand pounds more as well, fluke? I Think notProfessional, proactive and......and.....perfect. I had to get 3 'p's' in

And, then I met Michael Walden from R. A. Bennett. This guy did everything to get me a best Flat . He replied my every query through phone calls and emails in a minutes. GoogleWe are letting our rental cottage via Michael and Chloe in the Stratford branch for the second time - they even came to us just before the last tenancy ended (before we had got around to contacting them) and then got us a tenant within days. They have been helpful and professional dealing with the nightmares of damage left by the previous tenant and suggesting ways around referencing issues which worked for both parties. We have used other agents in the past but Bennett’s are the best so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We purchased a Grade II listed property advertised with R A Bennett in Dursley. It wasn't a straightforward purchase but Syd and Kayleigh were so helpful with attending several viewings and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

We were really impressed at how efficient they were and would have 100% confidence in both renting and selling our house with them.

Absolutely awful company. Rented my house with them, nothing but issues on their end. They lost keys, gave wrong dates for appointments, didn't carry out checks on time and still after several months have had no reply about deposit returns. Avoid!

Xenophobic rude liars. After respectfully contacting them because we were interested in a property advertised on rightmove, Oliver replied to us asking for salary references and additional information, we provided all the necessary details and he said that they’re waiting for the tenant’s confirmation to organise a viewing. Few days have passed and we still hadn’t heard anything from them so I decided to call them and ask if there’s any progress - I just said my name and he hung up. I really hope that their white privileged *** go bankrupt.
