TrustpilotEvesham branch ignores requests
Evesham branch constantly sending me details of wrong type of houses, even though I have emailed them 6 times, spoken to them on the phone and unsubscribed from marketing, but still they send me wrong types of houses. Iβve been told branches are targeted to send so many emails, make so many calls etc a week, so basically they are just spamming their customer base. Ended up blocking their account to spam folder. Would suggest anyone looking to sell a house looks elsewhere, as buyers like me avoid them.

GoogleSolid estate agency from a tenant's perspective. Dal and his team were very supportive throughout my tenancy; and helped me follow through with retrieving my deposit at the end of my lease.

GoogleMy sincerest thanks go to Dal Bains (lettings manager) for all of his help in finding me an apartment where I know my family will be happy. Having just returned back to the UK and needing a property in and around Alcester area, I had contacted many local agents and seen some horrendous properties. After contacting Dal, I immediately felt that my requirements were being listened to and my urgency became his urgency to help me. So much so, he worked out of office hours to help me secure a beautiful two bedroom apartment. I can't thank you enough, and just hope that others find this review useful and reassuring. You are in very safe hands with Dal. Happy house hunting everyone, go to RA Bennett's first and do not waste time with other agencies that will show you properties full of damp/mould etc. RA...all the way!

GoogleI enquired about a house back in March through Right Move, arranged a viewing and went to see it, I was met by a pretty young lady call Megan, who showed me around the property, she was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest,unfortunately the landlord didnt accept my application, however Megan promised me she would find me a home for my two girls and myself, and since then she's kept to her word I moved into my new home yesterday and it's amazing, would I recommend RA Bennetts? 100% yes, if you're looking for a lovely new home, give them a call and ask for Megan π

With his professional advice, we clearly understood the details and pros of the property. With his proactive service, we proceeded the renting process smoothly. GoogleI am involved with RA Bennett's for the second time, initially as a buyer, and currently as a seller. They have been proactive in communicating with me and my home sold quickly. Both Emma and Lauren have been dealing with my sale. They are both very approachable and professional. I would always use a highstreet estate agent. A feeling that has been reinforced by a recent bad experience trying to buy from an online estate agent. I highly recommend RA Bennett's.

GoogleThis agent is the perfect one to work with. I could find the best suitable house for me within 1 day. My special thanks goes to Dal Bains / Lettings Manager at Stratford Upon Avon. He is really good at his area. I talked him in the morning, I could visited the house in the afternoon at same day. Next day after reference check I could sign my contract. He knows his customers very well. And can match right landlord with tenant at once. Also he always answers his phone and helps. Thank you.

GoogleMy sale proved to be more complex and hence took longer than originally envisaged, but throughout Emma Franklin and Amie Clinton chased assiduously, pushed the deal along and kept the faith... and all with cheery smiles. I would definitely recommend Emma and her team to anyone in the Stratford area considering a property sale... 5 STARS

TrustpilotTried to look at a property
Tried to look at a property, offered two and a half days in the week, and they had noone available to show me the property. Tried with the next week, same availability, still no one available. If you are marketing your property with them, and wonder why it is not selling, it's because it is impossible to view with them!! I'd chose another agent!

TrustpilotSOLD THE WRONG HOUSE!!!
My daughter was buying her first house, a new build and RA Bennetts, Evesham were the appointed agents. Firstly, they didn't like the fact that we appointed our own mortgage adviser rather than use theirs, but I have NEVER experienced this..................they sold us the WRONG HOUSE!!! Yep we viewed the same house twice, and were shown the show home....never did anyone ever tell us we weren't buying that plot but the house next door instead. It got to the solicitor stage before it was picked up. Having looked through the windows of the house she WILL purchase (still to be finished) The kitchen spec is different, the tiles are different, the layout is in reverse. We've never been inside the house that she will ultimately own!
