We recently moved from Surrey to the local area, Lex and Jess were absolutely fantastic in helping in every aspect of the purchase and even the move itself. We chose lex allan as we'd viewed a few properties accross a number of agents. We actually didn't like the property we viewed with lex allan but was impressed by the sales team. They spoke with knowledge and confidence of the property, they followed up my initial viewing and sought feedback for their client, others simply didn't do this. Our mind was made up lex and his team woukd be selling our property. They marketed our home beautifully, we began to doubt why we were leaving! Sale achieved and the service really was first class, weekly updates, chasing solicitors to ensure timely completion. I really did nothing! I wouldn't hesitate in choosing lex and his team, special mention to Jess who we think is a complete star!

We dealt with Harry whilst both purchasing our new property and through selling our current property. Harry was clear and concise and we immediately had a great feeling about the fact that we would be well looked after. We met with and got quotes from other estate agents but none matched Harry’s professionalism and enthusiasm. In the process of selling our house and buying a house, both with Lex Allan, I've called the Stourbridge branch that many times they know my name without me having to introduce myself. Both me and my husband have had complete full support from the team. I have had all my "worry-questions" confidently answered to reassure me. Harry has gone above and beyond to ensure that we have been looked after, and hasn't moaned once when i've called him 100 times a day to ask questions. Brilliant customer service from him and John, always friendly and helpful. And the fee to sell with Lex Allen is extremely fair too, considering some of the fees from other Estate Agents in the area. Cannot fault them one bit, from start to finish. Thanks to you, it looks like we're about to get our dream home.. And we managed to sell our house in the space of a week. Forever grateful.

I thought I would give a review from the buyers side as most reviews seem to be from sellers. I can see that Harry has already received rave reviews so this is another one . Lex Allan were really good , especially Harry, when we looking for our new home. We must have viewed with him 5 times ( out of the 41 we viewed !!!!) and his advice and insight into the homes we were viewing was always spot on , his local knowledge was invaluable in certain situations . He even predicted which house we were going to buy when he viewed with us!!! He answered our same questions time after time with a smile on his face , if he didn't know them he came back with an answer really quickly. Shout out to Jess as well as she was helpful with a technical question we asked about a property and she answered promptly and expertly. If we were to sell again I would definitely use Lex Allan as from the sellers side (after all we are the ones paying ) they were excellent. Thank you.

Having just completed our purchase through Lex Allan, I have to leave this review to say how amazing the service has been from Jess at the Stourbridge branch. Jess was friendly from the moment we met her at our first viewing and she worked with us from putting in the offer all the way to completion. This is a much better service than with other agents where you can get passed between a few people depending on the stage of sales progression. We were under pressure to try to complete the chain of 5 houses within 9 weeks to get to the final stamp duty saving deadline. Jess worked tirelessly to pull all the solicitors in the chain together and without her efforts, we wouldn't have got there. Thanks Jess! Extremely professional whilst at the same time being friendly and welcoming. From a buyer’s perspective they were reassuring and even though they weren’t appointed by me as I was the buyer, I felt as if they still worked very hard to help me with contacting solicitors and chasing the chain. Having had experience of most of the local estate agents I can hands down say that Lex Allan are far above the rest when it comes to genuinely caring about their clients and work hard for their clients to get the best deal. Please don’t hesitate if you are thinking of using them to sell your home and consider yourself lucky if the home you want to buy is being marketed by them.
