Terrible service from Lex Allan…

Terrible service at Lex Allan Estate Agents Stourbridge, cannot enforce private parking despite paying a service charge each month of nearly £40 since we moved here in 2017, incompetent staff. 8 years on and still no parking enforcement.

The valuation was fair and I was overwhelmed by the creativity and flair of my house brochure - the wording, details and photos were fabulous! If I can give 0 stars I would. They are the worst agency we have ever used. Staff are extremely arrogant and focused more about holiday and finishing before their actual closing time than serving their customers. Honestly wish we can speak to all the landlords from Lex Allen and implore them to change to another agency. The way Lex Allen attempts to advertised on behalf of the landlord is so bad. Appalling services, attitude, absolute abysmal agency.
