Jess was absolutely brilliant she went above and beyond, giving valuable feedback from viewings, always available to assist, chasing unanswered queries from solicitors and other parties in the chain, enabling the process to run as smoothly and stress free as possible . Highly recommend.

GoogleFab service with Mark Mountford in the Stourbridge office. Each time I had a query it was sorted right away and communication was always quick and friendly. It was a quick turn around and an enjoyable one at that. Also I needed some issues fixing when I moved in and it was sorted with the contractors within the hour. Highly recommend

GoogleWe contacted Lex Allan for advice and from the get-go Jess has been incredible! Our property had an offer very quickly and Jess has made a process that is completely new to us run as smoothly as possible whilst explaining absolutely everything along the way and staying in constant contact.

FacebookDreadful estate agents who treated my niece and her husband appallingly. Not only did they think it was acceptable for them to rent a filthy, mould ridden house, with a 6 month old baby but there were a number of other issues (rotting windows, loose brickwork, plaster falling from the ceiling, fire risks). Lex Allan offered no help or support and they were charged a full month’s rent for the 1.5 hours they spent in the house. They did not encounter one empathetic or understanding member of staff. They even admitted they hadn’t inspected the property correctly, nor would they live in it themselves. They have since received a council tax bill for this house, which is absolutely absurd. It has been such a stressful time for them and they have encountered financial loss. I myself have estates agents coming to view my property to sell. I certainly won't be using Lex Allan.

GoogleHad a really great experience with Lex Allen. We were purchasing a property and Kerrie in particular kept us updated regularly about the status of the purchase/chain. We also had a number of "random" questions around smaller details of the purchase with the vendor and Kerrie ensured that these were dealt with quickly. Would definitely recommend Lex Allan.

GoogleA really disappointing experience at the end of my time using Lex Allan as a landlord. I had sparse communication from those managing my property, even with numerous issues regarding a challenging tenant. When the tenant eventually did move out following solicitor consultations at my own expense, the property was left in such a poor condition that it cannot have been monitored to an acceptable standard during any visits or management by the agent. Whilst I accept the general wear and tear of tenants living in the property, the issues I experienced with Lex Allan has resulted in significant financial losses and caused me to use an alternative agent. Any landlords seeking to use Lex Allan to manage your property, I would recommend you avoid this option.

GoogleAvoid! Service from block management is extremely poor. Communication response time averaging over 2 months. Multiple residents complain daily about the laziness of the employees. We still have ongoing issues from 2021 that legally should have been fixed within 3 months, but the management (C Jeffries) is ineffective and borderline incompetent.

GoogleThis has to be the worst letting agents I've dealt with in any country in my life. Nothing but kids running the office. They have zero communication skills via phone calls, emails or in person, it's like dealing with broken automated services as if they no thoughts in their heads. I'm talking about the lettings side as I haven't dealt with the sales side yet but I'd be steering clear of this branch of LexAllan in future.
