People say that buying/moving house is one of the most stressful things you'll ever do. Jess and Kerrie took all of the stress out of it and made the process very easy from offer to completion. The whole process was smooth, and they liaised with all parties getting responses in good time. If it wasn't for the excitement of buying my first house I'd have barely noticed that I was buying a house thanks to the two professional and efficient women who looked after my purchase. Around 2 weeks ago I had come home to a burst water pipe. I contacted out-of-hours (it was a Sunday) and they had sent someone to have it fixed within an hour. Very helpful, responsive and couldn’t have been more professional. Absolutely amazing service. Priced us well, talked us through every step, when things went wrong with our survey they helped us provide professionals, informed us our best steps to make and got us straight back on the horse and sold us again. They were thorough, have great advice and helped us get that sale and completed. The open days meant the pressure was taken off us (amazing how many houses we went to see and the vendors had to do it themselves!). Wonderful and would use again. Jess and Harry were really great.

Jess, Lex Jr and Harry have provided a first class service throughout. They are a great team to deal with, keeping me informed every step of the way and making it as stress free as possible. I felt as though every effort was made to showcase my house in the best way possible for my sale, from the fantastic photos, to Instagram videos and aerial footage. I was also very impressed with the online portal that shows how each stage of the sales process is progressing (e.g. viewings, offers made, solicitors instructed, contracts sent to solicitors etc). A big thanks to Jess who has always been on hand for any questions, advice and goes that extra mile to look after her clients. I would definitely recommend Lex Allan to anyone selling in the Stourbridge area.

Selling a house in a turbulent climate could have been very testing. The whole team went above and beyond, with a consistently happy, helpful and excellent service with great communication, which made the whole process extremely smooth. Lex Allan provided an excellent service throughout the sales process. The initial marketing was fantastic and lead to our house being sold within 2 weeks of being in the market!! Their initial analytics, post sale correspondence, dash-boarding and overall service was outstanding. Our main takeaway is that we felt in the loop and updated throughout the sale of our property which gave us a lot of comfort. A special mention to Lex on the initial sale of marketing and to Jess, she explained every step of the way and there was never any trouble answering our never ending questions. Really pleased with the service I have had all the way through selling my property with lex allen in stourbridge, the staff are so friendly. I esnt to thank kerrie who gave me weekly updates throughout the process and was helpful and gave me reassurance when I needed it which was a god send at times. The system stourbridge branch has in place where you can view your property, see if you have had offers and who booked in for visits is really helpful. I would definitely recommend lex allen so thankyou , after 30 years living in my house my new journey was made alot easier by having such a great team that supported me in where I wanted to be.
