Lex Allan have been amazing from the initial valuation back in March to completion. Lex junior carried out the valuation he was very friendly, polite and explained the whole process to us. At no point was there any pressure to go forward with Lex Allen. Which was the main reason we chose Lex Allen as our agent. We are so glad we did because the whole process was stress free, we were looked after by Kerrie and Jess who went above and beyond and maintained contact with all parties in the chain which was probably one of the reasons we completed swiftly. Lex Allen have made our dream of relocating to North Devon stress free. We will be forever grateful.

First and foremost, I would like to say a massive thank you for the whole team at Lex Allan, Stourbridge. They were professional and efficient from the start to the very end. I initially went with a different estate agent, but due to getting no viewings at all, I decided to bring Lex Allan on board. This was a decision that proved to be successful with Lex Allan able to sell my home in difficult circumstances due to the current economic living crisis. Others in my chain definitely went with cheaper estate agents and this showed with their lack of communication and professionalism. I would highly suggest other people do not just choose the cheapest price they find…They are cheaper for a reason and Lex Allan’s average price doesn’t do justice for the high level of quality they provide their clients with. I would also like to offer a special thanks to Kerrie in particular, she was an absolute star after we sold the house as she then saw the sale through to completion. She showed great levels of expertise, efficiency and a resilient attitude to do everything she could to help the house move happen. Thank you Lex Allan.

Wow, what can I say, smooth doesn’t even cut the description of the rental process! I’ll be honest I booked to see quite a few properties as you do when looking to rent and found the property listed with Lex Alan. You really get an impression from the booking in process and already I felt I was being handled by professionals. Upon viewing the property I was greeted by Mark. Mark I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done to ensure what is usually a stressful process made the easiest and quickest process available. Mark was friendly, informative and had a strong passion for his job which shone through the viewing alone. Throughout the application process I was kept fully informed along the whole way with updates on my checks, the checks of the property and very quickly a move in date was arranged. The handover of the keys was swift, easy and again reassured me I was renting with the professionals. I recommend anyone looking to rent to get in touch with Lex Alan to see if they can help as I promise I have never had such an easy process. Thank you Mark and thank you Lex Alan. We sold our house with Lex Allan just as mortgage rates started to hit the news and sales slowed down. They supported us every step of the way and made us feel good about our home and our prospects. Lex Jr came to value our house, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and really positive about the house, which was very reassuring and not what we experienced from any other valuation. We felt confident in our choice after meeting him. Harry conducted the viewings and kept us informed after each one, providing useful detailed feedback each time. When the offer came in, Jess skillfully negotiated with our buyer to get a price we were so happy with, and higher than some other local agents had quoted. Jess also supported us in our onward purchase, calling the vendors agent and advising us on how to proceed. Once the offer was accepted Kerrie was amazing at chasing agents and solicitors up and down the chain and communicating each milestone to us, and that's why we are moving 9 weeks after having our offer accepted. We honestly couldn't be more thrilled with the service they've provided. It was above and beyond our expectations.

I’ve recently purchased a property through LexAllan and the process has been fantastic. They booked viewings in promptly & were really friendly and professional at all times. I spoke with Kerrie and Jess the most and they were both amazing. Massive thank you to Kerrie who helped us continue with our sale and got us extra time when we lost our buyers half way through! So pleased we selected Lex Allan to deal with the sale of my 83 year old mum's home. They were really 'nice' people to deal with, important when you're elderly, and thoroughly efficient and professional too. Jess was the primary contact and was really good, but all our dealings were pleasant. Jess formed a good working relationship with our solicitor and together they guided us, and the purchasers, through the final stages which were made difficult by a Land Registry query. Highly Recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish - realistic & accurate valuations, very professional & effective marketing, first class communications & follow up.The whole team were very impressive - Lex Allan Junior & Harry led from the Sales & Marketing, and Jess owned the day to day and chain management.
