We have been very impressed with Lex Allan, Stourbridge office from start to finish. Their charges are competitive with other estate agents, however, our analysis was that their charges included a far superior service than other local agents. Jess and Lex Jnr provided a professional and personal service throughout the whole process. Jess was very approachable and advised and empathised when needed through a difficult negotiation with our vendors. She has been the conduit between the three parties in our chain and has always kept us fully informed and reassured us and kept things moving. We like the app which updates clients on progress during process. We would definitely recommend Lex Allan to anyone over other local agents as you will receive an excellent personal service.

Well, I can only echo the other 5* reviews that precede this one. We recently purchased our new home through Lex Allan Estate Agents Stourbridge and I can't applaud them enough at the way they handled everything. The team provided such an exceptional and friendly service throughout the entire process. Moving home is always a stressful time, but the communication we received from Jess was just phenomenal and made things so much smoother. She simply went above and beyond to keep us in the loop from start to finish, keeping everything on track, no matter how minor the update or challenging the ask. My only regret was that we didn't use them for the sale of our property too, as the experience there was a completely different one unfortunately. Lex Allan aren't one of these agents that promise to call you back and don't bother, or simply don't answer the phones at times - they look after you as if it were themselves moving house. Well done team, keep up the good work! ...it makes such a difference to your clients on the receiving end 😊

Cannot fault the services provided by Lex Allan! I had to switch estate agents and really wish I had moved to Lex Allan sooner. They sold my property on the first viewing, whereas it had been on the market with another agent for four months without a single sale. Their online platform is fantastic, it lets you track the sale progression at any point, with updates throughout the entire conveyancing process. I dealt with Jess and the team in Stourbridge, and they were excellent from start to finish. Reasonably priced for the level of service you get too, I only wish I had used them sooner. Highly recommend!

Avoid these estate agents at all cost, I had the unpleasant experience of renting a property off them and it was a house from hello. Cellings was pouring water from the light switches, drains wer constantly blocked and they done nothing to help so me and my family moved out early and they still refuse to give me my deposit back with a really unprofessional attitude as well. Avoid these con artists if u can and look elsewhere

After seeing a house we'd fallen in love with which was with Lex Allan, we put our house up for sale with them too. From the beginning of the process, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. Lex Jnr came to value our property and take photos and Harry conducted all the viewings - both were a pleasure to deal with and were very knowledgeable and great at communicating. We knew exactly where we stood after each viewing. Despite the housing market being unpredictable, we sold our house with the support and resilience of Jess and the rest of the team.
