GoogleThis doesn’t deserve a one star rating but I have to give it one. The service that they give us was appalling, we were left in the dark throughout the whole process. They didn’t call us back and told us different things on the phone, and when you could get hold of them they where apparently in a meeting every time me and my partner called. They told us we had the house, therefore we started sorting everything out and got a call a week later saying that someone else has put an offer in. Even though they should have taken it off the market like they said that they were going to do. They then pushed us aside because we didn’t go with them for anything, due to us knowing we would never be able to have clear and constant communication with them. We are first time buyers and have learnt not to trust or believe Connells now. I will not be recommending Connells to any one that I know, because they are absolutely terrible. We nearly lost out on solicitors fees and much more. We work hard for our money, so I don’t expect someone to bully me and my partner in to going with their company.

GoogleHelpful staff that are always happy to help. Sold and bought with them. Would of been 5 stars but sometimes they don't phone back when you are awaiting a reply so just give them a call instead, could be because they are really busy at the moment or COVID but no matter how little the question is sometimes us first timers just need to know and apart from that I can't really fault their service. Used all their services in buying and selling including their mortgage advisor Charlotte that sorted all of our insurance policies and covered every angle. I would highly recommend connells Stourbridge. Very friendly. Thank you.

GoogleI used Connells Stourbridge services whilst buying my first investment property. As I was new to the process Ben and John in the sales team took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me so that I was 100% happy with the stages involved. They went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase went through by the deadline I needed and did everything in their power to make this happen. I was so impressed by the service I received that I chose to appoint Connells to fully manage my rental property going forward. I am not local to my property but luckily Will and James in the Lettings team have taken all the stress away that I expected to experience as a new landlord. I now have a great, reliable, fully referenced tenant in a very quick turnaround time. They even helped me to arrange tradespeople to ensure my property was perfect for my tenant moving in. I honestly cannot recommend the team enough, nothing is too much trouble for them and they are super friendly yet always remaining professional. Great communication and all very knowledgeable!
