GoogleAppalling experience that me and my partner had. Messed around constantly, thrown about from person to person (when we can actually get hold of anyone). Told we have the property... to then getting told we have lost it. Rude staff and arrogant. When speaking to numerous people about our experience... they've said exactly the same!! First time buyers and the experience has been horrific. Will never go with connells again.

GoogleVery unhappy with the service.we enquired about a property the agents we spoke to did not have the information we asked about it and had very limited knowledge yet they were supposed to be selling it. They had to be chased 5 times in one day to still not have an answer. 'Forgot' to call us back at least twice so 4 days on we finally gave up with them and they lost a sale!! Worst agents we have ever dealt with.

GoogleHorrendous service from Ben on the sales team, didn't assist me even though I walk with a stick and could barely open the door. Then didn't want to know when I asked for a bungalow as they didn't have any for sale, he was quite forceful with insisting I view other properties and then almost rushed me out the door when the phone was ringing despite the fact I need to sell my home too. I emailed and complained and was told he was 'reprimanded ' however I received no apology from him. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never met someone so rude and arrogant.

GoogleMyself and Joe found the house of our dreams for sale with Connells. They were happy to help us from the start as we were first time buyers. Ben took care of us the whole way through, and never got fed up of me ringing and pestering him over the 4 months it took. He was always patient with me and explained things I did not fully understand and gave me weekly updates regarding what was going on. Would highly recommend 😁 thank you once again!!!

GoogleI'd just like so say a massive thank-you to Amy as she has been an amazing help through the process of buying my first house. She has always been available and contactable throughout the whole process. I always knew about the progress of the sale and she was incredibly helpful as I was very new to the whole thing. I'd also like to thank the manager John as well who was excellent and accomadating in helping us get the sale over the line when we really needed it. I would thoroughly reccomend them as they exemplified professionalism, courtesy and efficacy.

GoogleAfter dealing with several unhelpful Lettings companies, we hit it off with Connells as they were very keen to assist us in our search. Once we popped into the Stourbridge branch, they knew exactly what we wanted and quickly found us the perfect home. Since efficiently finding somewhere suitable - and quickly and easily sorting the paperwork - we're continually and pleasantly surprised that they still keep working behind the scenes to ensure our stay in the property is painless & easy.

GoogleConnells have been a massive help in moving as we had to move with 3 cats, they helped with finding suitable accommodation for us by communicating with the landlord which helped massively, as no other estate agents even tried to do this and they also helped with any questions or documents that needed sorting with the communication being absolutely amazing at all times, will definitely use Connells again!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have never dealt with such a bunch of incompetent people in all my life, they never return calls or answer emails. Due to the continual turnover of staff, you get promised to sort things out then when you ring back eventually to see why things having been done you get told oh sorry they’ve left now and so you have to go back to the beginning. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

GoogleFound myself looking for a property at the last minute after my prior purchase fell through. Between Katie and Rosie at Connells in Stourbridge I had a significantly easier life and much less stressful time than with a previous estate agent. Both worked proactively to keep me up to date throughout and every action was chased through speedily. Both are a credit to themselves and to Connells - thank you both!

GoogleStarted really well with full attention of manager for valuation but as time went on no-one answered calls, text and calls to manager went unanswered . Once sold I did the follow up enquiries directly with my vendor, seller and solicitor. It's all about the commission!
