I was asked to post a review in the office, and to be honest, I was happy with the process of dealing with James up to the point when I received the keys. But as soon as I entered the property, there is a complete lack of professionalism. My flat, advertised as fully furnished, has no beds, mattresses, sofas. I had to sleep in travel-lodge on day 1 and then for e the subsequent week on floor, despite paying them hefty monthly rent (in advance). No one seems to be bothered in Connells office, despite me ringing them every day. They have never called me to at least how I am getting on, where are the beds, when will they come etc. extremely disappointed with the poor service.

My husband and I just bought our first house through Connells Stourbridge and we had a really positive experience. Kaya, our Estate Agent, did a great job in keeping us updated and was always happy to jump in and help us chase things with the solicitors when we asked her to. We used their in-house Mortgage Services Manager, Charlotte, which was such a good decision. As first-time buyers we felt completely out of our depth but Charlotte's no nonsense approach was really appreciated and she helped us navigate budgets, the offer process and the mortgage application with no stress at all! We would highly recommend Connells Stourbridge to anyone! Thank you both for your help.

13 months of reserving a new build on the portway in Kingswinford and still no house, because connells took on a vendor who after my own investigation has done this to numerous plots. I can’t understand why connells would take on a fraudulent vendor and pressure us to exchange. Check out the google reviews on the builder which have only recently been made public Coyne group
