Ben Hughes - what can you say about this person other than he is a relaxed, professional, patient person who helped us through a very trying time. Nothing was never an issue or to much trouble, the amount of times he met us at the house for us to get estimates etc, he was always there on time. He showed us round houses a couple of times and just knew we would go for the one that we said no way to. Once he helped us agree a price with the sellers he came our informer, if it was not for Ben at every stage of the purchase we would not of known what was happening especially in the last 24 hours and on the day of moving. When things went quite and got no response from others we asked Ben and he came back with answers within hours and before the end of the working day. Always replied to his emails and returned calls. He is an asset to Cornells. Thank you Ben for your knowledge and help. I did have contact with other members of the team on about 4 occasions and they were polite and cheerful at all times.

After a very stressful ten months of trying to find a suitable house to live in, we turned to Connells in Stourbridge. Ben Hughes has been an absolute star! Not only has he found us a suitable property, he has worked so hard and been so patient dealing with us to secure it! His attention to detail has been excellent. He comes over as a most relaxing point of contact in times stressful to prospective purchasers. We have had dealings with Katie and Rosie alongside Ben and we're so impressed with their teamwork, all three work alongside each other faultlessly and promote confidence in their abilities to deal with any situation and luckily with a sense of humour! Excellent service from the financial advisor. Rosie is very professional, extremely competent and a lovely person to speak with. She dealt with every aspect of our mortgage from start to finish and followed up every little thing before we even asked her to. Nothing was ever too much for her and she was more than happy to help and advise for even the silliest of questions. Can't recommend her enough as the best financial advisor we have ever met.

From start to finish, Amy was so welcoming and friendly, and made us feel very at ease. (All of the staff in the office were very friendly whenever we went in!) Amy reassured us when we were stressing over the credit check and referencing process, and kept us informed at every step of the way!! She was as excited as we were when we got the keys!!! We were so impressed with the speed in which our application was dealt with; we viewed the property on the Friday and collected the keys the following Thursday! He gave us confidence that he was well informed and experienced with the market in our immediate area. He also came across as having a sense of urgency as it relates to pushing things along.
