GoogleConnels provided an efficient service and Pema was most obliging. Particularly gratifying was that if she was not avaliable when called a colleague stepped in, accessed the account and provided an up to date summary of proceedings. I never had to wait for a call back

GoogleA big thanks to Stourbridge Connells as a first time buyer I found their in-house mortgage service a huge help during these turbulent mortgage rate times. I'm so thankful to have had such a proficient mortgage adviser, Charlotte Stanton kept in contact with me throughout the long journey of finding the perfect first home and found a fitting mortgage package. Charlotte was very supportive and made the whole application process of getting mortgage stress free. I would happily use again and think the lifetime member fee is a smart move.

GoogleIf I could give zero I would. Horrendous company. As soon as you sign the papers they don't answer calls or emails they don't care. Throughout our rental they were no help and Will was nothing but rude and abrupt to myself and my partner. Completely biased and do not care about tenants. Don't waste your time and make sure you take pictures of everything and record everything as they will use it against you.

GoogleWhat turned out to be a less than straightforward purchase was handled magnificently by Kaya from stourbridge branch. A couple of occasions we reached points where the deal could well of fallen apart but Kayas reassuring attitude and pragmatic approach made sure it got back on track.
