GoogleLukas and the guys at Northwood Stoke-on-Trent have given me an excellent service. I have let a couple of properties for about 20 years and in the past couple of those they have managed them for me. Previously I did everything myself, which was getting to be a bit of a pain. Now I no longer have to worry about the checks and rent collections. It has really taken a load off and while at first I thought the extra cost might not be worth it, they have long since proven me wrong on that assumption.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI had a property inspection carried out today by a Kye Beech. I wanted to write a review to show my appreciation to him in regard to how helpful and polite that he was. I have had many of these in the past, but they have been very formal and felt more of a tick box exercise opposed to somebody coming and actually listening to any concerns/issues in regard to the property and willing to action them. GoogleI’ve rented with Northwood for 6 years - they helped me to get a home with my dog in a difficult situation, and worked around me not having any rental history with other references & financials which allowed me to have a home which I love to be safe & happy in. I get quite anxious and so I’ve always found the lead up to house inspections difficult even though they go fine when they happen, because of having a stranger in the house. However as of Kye taking over the house inspections side I’ve found this much easier, as he’s really friendly and approachable and understands completely that people might find the process invasive, and so instantly tries to put you at ease. I feel far less stressed out in the lead up and more confident about maintenance issues.

GooglePaula came out to value my house and was on the ball from the outset, she dealt with all of my queries in a professional, honest manner. The house was swiftly valued and on the market within a couple of days, it was sold less than a week later for above the asking price. Unfortunately I had a fall through fairly early on but Northwood contacted previous viewers without hesitation and re-sold the house THE SAME DAY showing the exceptional service. Mandy has kept me up to date with feedback and sales progression throughout and ensured there is communication between estate agents, vendors and conveyancers. My queries have always been dealt with promptly. Altogether a fantastic experience and will definitely use the company again. Thank you.

Direct reviewsMandy was absolutely fantastic, despite the length time it took us to complete (for factors completely out of everyone's control!) she kept us regularly informed and was happy to chase down answers to any questions we might have. Whilst I hope not to be moving for a very long time, if I do, Iwould definitely consider looking to Northwoods to help us sell our property.

My mum was so worried about the inspection as this is her first rental property and Kye put my mum at ease straight away. It is so rare nowadays to find a genuine letting company who care about their tenants. I can???t recommend Northwood enough!
