Direct reviewsRecently worked with Mandy de-Leuw from the Stoke-on-Trent branch to purchase a buy-to-let. From the first dealings, all the way through to the close, Mandy has been extremely helpful and efficient. Mandy was always quick to respond with any queries I had and made me feel like I was a priority for her, despite having numerous other sales to manage no doubt. By far the best estate agent I've worked with and always goes about her work with a smile, which makes things a lot easier. Would thoroughly recommend Mandy - a pleasure to work with.

Paula who dealt with the sale all the way is fantastic, very professional and knowledgeable within her field. The photographs she took were of a very high standard - which shows as the house sold within a couple of weeks of being on the market. Paula kept us continually informed with the progression of the sale and next steps we needed to complete. The whole experience with Northwood and Paula was faultless. 5 Star service .
