From the first communication with Northwood it was always friendly, informative and very accommodating. We were kept informed from start to finish of the renting process and there was no hidden information or fees and it was very clear from the start. They ensured everything that needed to be done, was done before we were handed the keys over which meant we were stepping into our new home which was cleaned and very well maintained. We want to give a special mention to Sue at the Northwood Stoke office who was our contact. We owe her a big thank you for being so fantastic during the moving in process, you were always available for any questions we had and even met us at the property so we can do some measurements which really helped us prepare for moving in! Sue truly is brilliant asset to Northwood - she was a breeze to talk with, made sure that we knew everything we needed to know and ever so lovely with our boys! Thanks to the smooth, easy process we are now settled in our new home ready to make some new memories with our family. So if you are looking to rent, sell or buy with Northwood I would suggest you highly consider it as you would be in very capable hands!

Met Ben (Benjamin Rizk) at the property on time and he was super helpful, Professional & polite throughout. The Northwood Stoke On Trent team are a pleasure to work with. Have been using their services for over 2 years now. Angela in particular has been extremely helpful recently, as we used a contractor to re-seal a leak in the bathroom, but this was still causing issues. The contractor came back out and fixed it free of charge. Georgia is also great to work with, so are the rest of the team!

I had my inspection with Kye Beech from northwood and i was very impressed with his customer service skills. Kye is always very polite, caring and listens to me with any questions or concerns I have about my tenancy inspection if I have any repairs that need chasing up. After dealing with several other very reluctant to help letting agents and searching online with no results, we contacted Northwood. Never in my life have I found a service that was so highly professional and helpful, Dominic and Lukas were fantastic their manners were impeccable and thay really knew how to provide an excellent service.. After all checks they secured a property for us us and in addition they contacted other service providers like Council Tax and other utilities taking out the headache of doing it ourselves. I met Mandy at my property to get a valuation with intention to get on the market. From her experiences she suggested what pricing should be used to market the property. From there an expectation of what level of interest would be generated and how Northwood would manage the the marketing etc. I was very reassured by Mandy's approach and made the decision to use Northwoods services. Rented a property in Stoke for 6 months and had issues within the first week. House was freshly decorated but only to hide the mold and damp that was riddled within the property. They literally just painted over the mold, which caused said paint to peel off within days of moving in. A damp expert came out and said it was impossible to trace its source as everywhere was so saturated. Landlord and Northwood admitted that the only solution was to rip out the kitchen and bathroom above. Landlord confirmed the damp and mold was known about before the house was rented out, yet it was rented out anyway. Our guidance was to open the windows and turn up the heating.... in winter. On top of this, the boiler kept cutting out due to a pressure leak (probably what was causing the damp/mold) we were told to top up the boiler rather than Northwood resolving the issue. There wasn't sufficient insulation. Contractors turn up when they want, if they turn up. Staff at the office use any excuse under the sun as to why things aren't resolved or why they don't get back in touch. We had to get the council and ombudsman involved things got that bad.
