Direct reviewsKye was awesome as always always makes us feel super comfortable and is super friendly. Always make sure the alarms are checked and any maintenance issues we tell him about are followed up on and sorted as quickly as possible. He is very accommodating as to when he comes for the inspection being more than happy to come at a later time as we needed to go out and prefer to be home when he inspects. Overall top bloke and we wouldn't want anyone else coming to do the inspection.

GoogleVery pleased with Northwood Estate Agents I will definitely be buying my next house with them. Mandy made the whole process very understanding and easy, I was completed in as little as 6 weeks. Northwood were the agents for our vendor, however Paula made us feel like we were all working together as one team to get the sale over the line. GoogleBeen with Northwood as Landlord for many years now service has been good communication especially from Lukas is helpful and prompt very quick disadvantage is high letting fees of greater than 10 percent for managed service which is higher than competitors and moving to different contracts being charged when same tenant in place
Thanks for the feedback, it is our policy to have no hidden charges, no add-on fees which are unexpected so the amount paid for the service given is usually a little less than you would be paying with any decent agent. We are always clear and upfront with fees charged, any fee charged to change service levels will only reflect administration costs incurred. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Replies from Dominic were prompt and he was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. Furthermore, he was incredibly professional and was accommodating my schedule when arranging the viewing. In conclusion, I would happily recommend working with Northwood to anyone. Direct reviewsWell what can i say superb customer service from Dom me & my partner have been able to find a home to rent thanks to him. We tried a lot of different estate agents whilst trying to relocate with no help at all. Dom was great with communication and kept us upto date all the way through. Even managed to get the house secured for us even though our previous estate agents were useless in giving the references when requested. If i was able to i would give Dom more than just 5 stars he is the best person who i have dealt with in the past 5+ years of renting. Nothing is to much for him. Thanks again Dom

GoogleJust editing my review. I have been living in Stoke for the past 15 years. Never had luck with them. Either you go to their office or on the phone, the moment they realise you are a non white you can feel their racist attitude towards you. Just sharing my experience with them.

GoogleI have just finished a 6 month let in a property from Northwood Stoke. Having never rented a property before the staff that we dealt with explained everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone - especially Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. From the first viewing to the final signing off and handing the keys back everyone was friendly, professional and a credit tot he business.
