Direct reviewsExcellent experience with Northwood from start to finish. Lisa who had contact with guided me through the process and showed me round property. Lisa was also patient and kind whilst I was getting my references aswell as different times of communication because I work night shifts. Overall Lisa is fab and Northwood great service all round

GoogleCommunication has been great with Georgia and she is managing the property I live in responding to all queries straight away, she has been very understanding and met all my needs making the process so easy and hassle free, Kye was also very good when I moved in going above and beyond making my move in date a very smooth process

Direct reviewsJust had an Inspection today with Kye again (Guy is a legend) had a good natter about a few issues regarding the property but only a few that really need resolving. Everytime I see the guy he literally brightens my day with his kindness.. Respect and an incredible passion for his work that he does so v v v well. He truly is an asset to Northwood. "Thank you Kye! Have a lovey Christmas to you and your family mate" p.s please someone reward this man as he deserves it!

GoogleWe have been dealing with Dominic at Hartshill for 5 years since he organised our first rental with Northwood with very little notice and much consideration. For various reasons we are now moving to another Northwood property, again handled by Dominic. Nothing is too much trouble for this guy and he always goes that extra mile to reassure and assist during each stage of the finding, selection, viewing and letting process. He is very knowledgeable and good at his job.

GoogleI cannot express how thankful I am to Jayne Evans who recently obtained a rental property for me at very short notice. The property is perfect for my needs. She went out of her way to ensure a very quick rental agreement. I would 100% recommend Northwood Stoke on Trent estate agents. The sale was a complicated one, for various reasons, and was made more difficult by my parents' declining health. At every stage of the journey Mandy went above and beyond to help and make the process as easy as possible. Always cheerful, upbeat and always helpful and professional, Mandy also showed great sensitivity in helping my parents through an emotionally charged move. We are incredibly grateful. Direct reviewsKye has been round today to do our pre-leave inspection and I honestly cannot praise him enough, he's so genuine and down to earth! Made us feel so at ease throughout the process of being here, great personality and always so genuine and always helps to offer advice where ever needed! Any issues we've had on the two inspection he's been reported and resolved, If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would for him! He is definitely an asset to northwoods!

In addition to my sale with Northwoods, Mandy helped me to secure a lovely rental whilst I look around for a house to purchase. I was surprised how well she appeared to know my tastes and expectations, and as such, screened a number of properties both for sale and to let. I will be back to Mandy for my new search for a home to buy and would not hesitate in recommending her to friends and colleagues.

Direct reviewsI had my inspection with Kye Beech from northwood and i was very impressed with his customer service skills. Kye is always very polite, caring and listens to me with any questions or concerns I have about my tenancy inspection if I have any repairs that need chasing up. I always feel safe and reasurred when Kye does my property inspecrions and he is very professional and kind and my dog especially likes to say hello when Kye visits which is very good that my dog also feels comfortable.

A good variety of services available to let out properties, Lukas was very helpful and always available to answer any questions I had, I would highly recommend!

Direct reviewsNorthwood perform a great service every 3 months to make sure the property is well looked after for the landlord and provides time for myself the tenant to report any issues I may have encountered. The agent Kye who routinely appears is a very friendly and professional individual who is a credit to the company and the brand. Kye inspects everything with a keen eye and makes sure all issues and concerns are reported to the landlord. Kye is very approachable and easy to get along with while he is here and respectful if I need to get on with work during his visit.
