Direct reviewsHad my flat inspection again today. I cannot express enough what a pleasure it it to have Kye in my home. I have been a private tenant for many years and used to dread to the inspection because the people who used to attended were so drab and miserable. With Kye it is totally different it???s like having a friend in your home. He never rushes you and will always listen and help where he can, he really is such a credit to Northwood and now I look forward to my inspections rather than dreading them. Thanks for all you do Kye and don???t ever change you???re a star.

Direct reviewsThe staff were always at hand to provide advice and guidance in relation to procedures towards purchasing our home. They were friendly and polite. Also even with the fact that we are living in challenging times because of Covid they were still personable....which was very welcoming. Paula was particularly helpful and we send our gratitude to her ... Much thanks ???? I would highly recommend them ....professional service.

Direct reviewsI can highly recommend Northwood at Hartshill road and in particular Paula. Northwood were the agents on behalf of our vendors, however Paula made us feel like we were all working together as one team to get the sale over the line. She went above and beyond in my opinion and was unfailingly professional, pleasant and quick to respond to calls, queries and questions.

GoogleI am rarely full of praise for estate agents, but Northwoods have surpassed my expectations and been truly wonderful in what have been VERY challenging circumstances. I have had several dealings with them, and each of them has been difficult, AND we are in the middle of a pandemic. Throughout they have been professional, efficient, thoughtful, positive, and achieved our goals competently and confidently. Each staff member I have dealt with has been equally brilliant, and frankly, I can't thank them enough.

GoogleI recently moved into a rental property advertised by Northwood. Throughout the whole process they have been professional and responsive, despite my numerous questions and emails. Due to the restrictions in place as a result of Covid-19, Northwood agents have maintained good communication and adapted their way of working well, still meeting the needs of tenants. Having resided in my beautiful new home now for over a week, I can confirm that reporting problems is quick and efficient, the team are quick to respond and arrange repairs. A special mention for Lisa Gold, who has handled my tenancy from start to finish, a most patient and professional agent. I extend my thanks and best wishes to her. GoogleExcellent experience when selling our property with Northwood... within a week of contacting the team, our house was on the market and then sold within 24 hours! Throughout the next stages of the process, including the purchase of our new home, Mandy at Northwood was fantastic - very efficient at following up with other estate agents, buyers and solicitors, and extremely responsive to phone calls and requests... an asset to the team. Would highly recommend Northwood to anyone looking to sell their home!

GoogleWe recently used Northwood to sell our house and would highly recommend them to anyone who wishes to have a stress free and supportive sale. We had previously sold a property with them so knew we would not be disappointed! From the first contact with the office right until the day of completion the team were wonderful. special thanks goes to Paula who visited us to take the photographs and collate the sales particulars, they were fabulous and considering she didn’t leave until 2pm we were live by 6! Our first viewing following the Friday marketing was Monday evening. Mandy accompanied the viewers and with the most amazing enthusiasm and practical advice! We had an offer at 9:30 the following morning! 3 months later we competed and moved home. For anyone who wants to know how selling a property should feel - stress free and supported throughout - use Northwood, they are amazing and deserve the fantastic reputation. Direct reviewsI think that initial sale price was a little too high, but once this was reduced, we had many viewings and eventually a sale. Mandy was extremely professional, keeping us constantly advised of any progress. The sale has been completed this week, and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other vendors.
