GoogleMe and my friend had been ready to move into a flat next week, tenancy agreement all sent over and ready to move and we’re just informed that we can no longer move in! Completely unprofessional service and now we have to look elsewhere for a property after being so certain that this was the place to move in.

Lewis, I am sorry to hear your comments although you appear to have written them against the wrong company? Any queries or issues have been sorted quickly by Kye. He???s a real asset to Northwood!!

GoogleMandy stood head and shoulders above legal professionals (our own solicitor and estate agent) for communication and professionalism in our house purchase. She was what made the difference between a total disaster and survival. I wouldn’t hesitate to say ‘use Northwood, ask for Mandy’, a brilliant lady! To be fair, all the staff were friendly and polite, but ask for Mandy, you know you want to!

GoogleI've been on the guaranteed rent scheme a couple of years now and they take all the hassle out of running a property. The property is always occupied and even if its not you are still guaranteed the rent. Any problems with plumbing or heating they have the connections to get it sorted quickly with no fuss.
