The Trusted AgentWe just had an inspection done which was done by Kye who was incredibly accommodating when arranging it and worked around us. This was the second time he???s come around for an inspection and he always brings a smile and good energy! He always checks to make sure we???re happy and chases up maintenance issues if required. Just a very happy and friendly guy who genuinely cares about the tenants!

GooglePlease, please do not waste your time renting a property through Northwood, it will be nothing but misery. My property was left in a complete mess after one of there so called "vetted" tenants moved out even after Northwood had supposedly done property inspections?? They obviously missed the strong smell of cannabis and equipment used to grow it in my property..yes you read correctly!! Total joke the kind of tenants they let rent a property! It has cost me a fortune to rectify after it was left in what I can only describe as vandalism..thanks Northwood!! I know im not the only one.

GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Northwood estate agents and I have had a positive experience from booking a viewing to completion. All the team are extremely friendly and helpful. I was working closely with Mandy throughout my property purchase and she was brilliant. Always responded promptly to emails. Always called me and kept in touch throughout the whole process making it stress free. Nothing was ever to much trouble. I would highly recommend using Northwood and would use them again in the future.

GoogleGood service overall, Staff are friendly and helpful, The only constructive feedback I can give is that I did feel at times like communication could have been better along the way, We had to do a full application including guarantor details before I even knew if they accepted pets. Then it went from nothing to everything in one step and we had the house.
