GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever met! All the staff do is lie and fob you off! I would seriously advice anyone! Any owner or someone looking to buy or rent to seriously go with a different estate agents, DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR NORTHWOOD ESTATE AGAENTSNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
We have contacted you directly via email before responding to your unfounded comments. Having given you time to discuss the issues directly, you have declined to act on our offer. We as agents work for our landlord clients to find the best tenants for their property in the most reasonable time-frame, part of this is to conduct referencing which will involve credit referencing, previous landlord checks, I.D. 'Right to Rent' and employment checks. The result of these are then referred to our landlord clients who make the decision as to whether a potential tenant is suitable for their property, in this instance we presented your references to two landlords, neither of which were in a position to accept the application. We cannot be held responsible for the results of the referencing or our clients decision.
