GoogleTotal waste of tome, offer you a property, I paid all fees, deposit and even first months rent, arranged a move in date, hired a removal van, then the day before I was due to move, a Northwood employee phoned me and said I couldn't move into the property because there was a major damp issue, this was bot acceptable as the house had been empty for a few months, so this work should have already been done. Since then I have found another property with another agent. I am really annoyed about this situation as I believe they actually gave the property to another tenant, and just gave me a cock and bull story. WHEN A DEPOSIT IS PAID IN FULL IT USUALLY MEANS THE THE PROPERTY IS SECURED

Communication with the team is great, it reassuring to know rental will arrive each month without any hassle even if the property should be empty for a week or two between tenants.
