GooglePut houses on web site as new listings. When enquired about, they take details of personal information in pretence of application. Then reject the application made, using the information given for marketing by other businesses.

GoogleI have just sold my property with Northwood, they kept me informed all along the way and it was the least stressful property sale I have had. They always knew what was going on and dealt with a few issues quickly so that we completed on the date we needed. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleRidiculous options if you're a pet owner; Either 6 months up front or a guarantor. Singles a lot of people out if they don't have close family to be able to help. Shocking.

Hi Lizzie, many thanks for writing this review, we act as agents for the property owners, they are individuals, and all have different criteria where a pet is requested in a property. This often reflects on issues they may have had with a previous tenant and their pet, making them more risk averse. We do understand the importance of pet ownership and are pet owners ourselves, we work with our landlords to get them to accept pets although the majority do indeed ask for a minimum of a guarantor where a tenant requests a pet. I am sorry we were unable to help you in this instance.

GoogleI've used Northwood, Stoke since 2008. Their guaranteed rental plan takes a lot of the worry aware when you're renting out a property. Their staff are super efficient and they actually do the 3 monthly inspections (You'd be surprised how many letting agent say they will, but they don't). Thanks gus :)
