The Trusted AgentWe were apprehensive about the quarterly property inspection as we have never rented a property before. However, there was no need as Kai who arrived promptly and dressed very smart put us at immediate ease. He explained that the visits were to ensure that the property were looked after and to check if we had any repairs or other issues that needed addressing. He did note a minor repair which will then be forwarded to his Northwood Letting Agency office. He is a real credit to Lucas, Dominic and the rest of the fantastic team at Northwood Hartshill agency.

The Trusted AgentWe were visited by Kye today for a property inspection on behalf of Northwood Letting agents, this being our first rental experience we were a little apprehensive but aware this is part of the rental process. We were immediately put at ease by Kyes introduction and professionalism, punctuality and we???ll turned out appearance. Kye explained the process and carried out the inspection explaining to us all that he was doing. All in all a very friendly and professional young man.

The Trusted AgentI have had an inspection every 3 months since residing at carling grove, despite them being every 3 months, the inspection has gone well everytjme, Kye has made me feel at ease each time, he always remains professional but also makes me feel at ease any issues I have within the home are dealt with appropriately, I am house proud and always have praise of how well I look after the home, I have recently had an operation and did not want this to affect the date of my inspection kye was flexible with an alternate date and ensured the inspection was done well.

The Trusted AgentI???ve rented with Northwood for 6 years - they helped me to get a home with my dog in a difficult situation, and worked around me not having any rental history with other references & financials which allowed me to have a home which I love to be safe & happy in. I get quite anxious and so I???ve always found the lead up to house inspections difficult even though they go fine when they happen, because of having a stranger in the house. However as of Kye taking over the house inspections side I???ve found this much easier, as he???s really friendly and approachable and understands completely that people might find the process invasive, and so instantly tries to put you at ease. I feel far less stressed out in the lead up and more confident about maintenance issues.

Checked all smoke and carbon dioxide detectors, asked if previous jobs had been carried out and said he would check about the decking been looked at as was told it would be looked at in the spring, reminding me about if the house is left empty to run the water as a precaution against legionnaires dease , extent visit

The initial visit for the valuation was as expected and the house was up for sale on the website within a week. The listing was very clear, descriptive and professional photography. I was kept upto date with all the viewing and then the house was sold for the asking price within the 3rd week. Staff are very polite and professional. All queries were dealt with very quickly. The house was swiftly valued and on the market within a couple of days, it was sold less than a week later for above the asking price. Unfortunately I had a fall through fairly early on but Northwood contacted previous viewers without hesitation and re-sold the house THE SAME DAY showing the exceptional service. Mandy has kept me up to date with feedback and sales progression throughout and ensured there is communication between estate agents, vendors and conveyancers. My queries have always been dealt with promptly. Altogether a fantastic experience and will definitely use the company again. Thank you.

The Trusted AgentIm a tenant currently renting with Northwood, My previous landlord placed the apartment up for sale, which left me in a worried position of having to find somewhere else to live. I work nights and all viewings were arranged as late as possible in the afternoons, Mandy informed me of all viewings and provided me with regular updates, and kept my mind at ease when trying to find a new owner which would take a tenant in situ.
