Also used them many times for finding tenants for rental properties and I can't fault them. Would highly recommend them

GoogleLynn and Claire at Martin and Co were an absolute joy to deal with. Their courteous efficiency was extremely reassuring and helpful, making the process of purchasing our property as easy as possible. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that Lynn and Claire weren’t always in the office and their colleague was, sadly, far less professional.

GoogleThe staff have always been informative and pleasant, any small repairs needed in our rental property have been dealt with quickly and competitively. They have sent photos of our property inside and out on a regular basis, giving us complete peace of mind, our tenants have been very good due to the thorough checks that Martin & co have carried out. We have now been dealing with them for more than 10 years and would recommend them.

GoogleMartin&Co have handled the tenant onboarding process for a recent buy to let purchase. From agreeing terms of business for them to act on our behalf to tenant move in took only 3 weeks! The process was transparent and straightforward. We will use them again.

Martin'sEem i ensured about a property currently inn the market, although this one turned out to be not for me due to a no pets policy, Martin's were extremely friendly and helpful, will definitely keep a look out for one of their properties!

GoogleI had a horrible experience with this company from day one when I was told my offer would never be accepted and was very rudely spoken to. Luckily for me, I was able to get in contact with the second agency who owned the original listing. Even a simple congratulatory card or message was too much for them on the day I picked up my keys.
