GoogleTerrible company everytime you call to get something repaired nothing got sorted. I was living in a property full of mould and damp for 18 weeks creating my partner to be ill 3 times the company gathering 7 quotes to then be told the work will be done when the landlord agrees to quote. Absolutley disgusting leaving people in houses unfit for purpose !!!!!!!

Having read the review I am sorry that you feel that we are a terrible company. . I note that we are seeking the tenancy deposit due to extreme condensate damage to the first floor bedrooms, repairs to the utility room due to dog damage and that notice to vacate was not served correctly. Given this I see why we have a negative review and correctly discharged our duty as agent for the landlord

GoogleShocking!!! People don't arrive when expected causing you to lose hours and money at work. They access your property with keys against your will even though stated... notes are not taken about your issues. Landords would be better off using a let only service as they dont care about working tenants but the landlord seems to!!

Me & my wife were buyers of a property that Andrew/Keates were marketing. From day one, I had complete confidence in Andrew. His ability, professional attitude, his market knowledge, advice, his communications back to us made our buying journey that much easier. The sellers of our house made a sound investment when they instructed Keates to perform the sale. I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but Keates have have outperformed our own Estate agents.
