Exceptional customer service. Was running late in picking up the keys for my property and a staff member kindly waited for me. Truly grateful.

Avoid this letting agency! The day I moved out they smashed the oven door so I couldn't get my deposit back. (One star because I had to).

Shaun · 24 June 2015

Agent replied · 21 June 2024

Sorry but simply not true. Tenancy deposit claims are the last thing an agents wants to as we get these kind of reviews so there is no reason for us to damage an oven door.

Sorry to see a two star review as most of our customers rate us much higher. Please let us know where our services slipped and we will look to improve them. I do though note that you have placed 161 reviews which is a lot and perhaps this in part explains the low review without any comment.
