Worst management and money eaters, fake, scam, plesse avoid Stevenage taylors. I have given my property to let and manage to Stevenage Taylors, oh my God, they looted me almost every now and then. Many hidden charges and when I ask to end the contract they asking me £720 and 6 months notice. This is absolute loot. Now Iam end up with nowhere, I may go legal action against them. Same thing their sales team did to me when I put my property for sale last year which they signed trapped me and signed solo contract. Finally they did not sold the property and because of solo contract, i stuck with Taylors. This is illegal.

I am one of those landlords who feel totally let down by Taylors for not informing their customers about the proposal at Victoria Wharf to ascertain support for RTM. If my wife wasn't on Facebook, we would have no idea that such an important change was being considered. I've emailed Taylors three times, and phoned them twice and have yet to get a response from anyone. First call, no answer, second call no answer, left voicemail requesting a call back. That was four days ago, and still no response. Not only are they failing their customers by not informing them of this proposed fundamental change to how our apartments are managed, they are also displaying a shocking level of customer service and complete disregard in not responding to enquiries on this matter.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with James and Ashley in the lettings team when trying to find a property to rent. My situation was slightly complex but that didn’t phase them and were so much more supportive that any other agency I spoke with. They provided incredible customer support throughout the whole process. They were friendly, polite and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this agency for anyone looking to rent a property in the Stevenage area. Exceptional service and wonderful staff. Thanks again, James and Ashley!

GoogleWe recently had the pleasure of working with Viktoriia Kucxhyna from Taylors Sales to find a new rental home. They were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They were also able to understand our specific needs and wants, and they found me a great selection of properties to choose from. Viktoriia always available to answer our questions, and they were always prompt in responding to our emails and calls. They were very professional and organized, and they made the entire rental process very easy. They were also very transparent about their fees, and there were no hidden surprises. Overall, we had a very positive experience with Viktoriia and obviously with Taylors and Sales. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a rental home.

From start to finish, the entire team, led by the wonderful Helen as the branch manager, was incredibly supportive and helpful. I placed two offers on properties through their agency, and while the first one didn't work out, I was fortunate that my second offer was accepted. I want to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the entire team, whose roles were instrumental in making this happen. Taylors Northampton happy to rent out a property in kettering that it turns out every tenant left within a year because of no insulation and can't afford to heat however many oil heaters you use - turns out the rats got cold and ate their way inside - they soon left because its so cold. Even the letting agent who attended to see rat hole said its warmer outside! 3 months of no action despite rat faeces, tenant left for health reasons - taylors were aware of, guess what , its been relet within days after the rat hole filled with expanding foam & painted over. There is a formal complaint being made for negligence. Genuinely hope nobody from the taylors families ever need to rely on such poor service providers. You should be ashamed trying to cover your tracks, especially you Helen, never answered an emergency call but fired off hope your happy with repairs when tenant had left???? And no I am not the tenant

GoogleThis country appears to be owned by Countrywide. I gave this company 30 days notice to leave after my tenancy's contract ENDED which was a 12 months contract. They then wrote me back that I am liable for almost two months rent because I did not cancel my contract within a ''certain time frame" (even thou my 12 months contract is already over) I am so depressed right now because I can not even afford to pay for almost two month rent that I never planned for! I have all my life given 30 days notice to cancel once the 12 months contract has expired. This experience is unbelievable, I can not believe this is even allowed in the UK. I will be reporting them to their regulatory bodies. ADVISE TO THE PUBLIC- if you rent from them, write them 3 months prior asking then when you can cancel? if you just assume it is business as usual like other lettings agent that you just have to give a 30 days notice once your contract expires then you are in for a rude shock!

GoogleI have very mixed feelings about this company. They were great when we first encountered them. They came to do a quote and then put us in contact with a mortgage broker for a conversation- Very helpful. We had made no decisions but both me and my husband decided that if we were to rent out or sell our property, we would choose these guys to do it. Fast forward in time and they have simply harrassed me regardless of me telling them on several occasions to stop contacting me - they just continue to call me! Again today, and as we move literally a week away from needing to find someone to rent out our property, I don't think I would ever go with them, which is a shame. They really need to sort their client journey out and they would be a great company.

GoogleI have only been dealing with Taylors for a few months but without a doubt they are so far the most professional and helpful agents I have had. Ashley has gone above and beyond (and then some!) to ensure everything is in place and done correctly. His patience and efficiency has made everything a lot less stressful than it could have been. All members of the team I have spoken to have been helpful, polite and a credit to the company.
