I have been looking for a house for the last two months and know I am probably a bit difficult to deal with but luckily for me, I have had the good fortune to meet a wonderful lady at Taylors has had the (misfortune!!) joy of looking after me in helping me to find my dream home. She touches base with me every now and then even if she doesn't have any new properties to show me, she is attentive, understanding and most importantly, SHE LISTENS to my needs and gripes about houses so she can be more specific with what I want. I honestly can't thank her enough. She is one of the very very few estate agents that I have had the pleasure to meet and I really do hope I find my dream home with her because I want her to get the commission. She has certainly earned it working with me!!! Her name is Megan Ireland and I will certainly be adding her to my barbecue list in my new home!!!! Thanks Megan.

Taylors were very helpful and easy to contact during the whole process of buying the house - especially considering it took almost 5 months more than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances! (not Taylor's fault at all - and they were very helpful with keeping us up to date with the Vendor at all times throughout the delay). Specifically Helen was a delight to work with, and the team was especially helpful when it came to deciding on what mortgage to go for. If I were to buy another house (hopefully not for a long while!) I would definitely go for them again, either selling or buying, as they were transparent the whole way through and gave personal advice when it came to viewing houses at the start, so you felt they weren't just in it for the commission. All in all a great and (relatively) stress-free experience.

The staff at Taylor’s Stevenage are AMAZING! We decided to sell our house and instantly knew that Taylors would be the best estate agents we could choose as from the onset the staff were so friendly and helpful. Throughout the whole process Megan and Helen kept us in the loop, the viewings kept coming and within 4 weeks our house was sold. The whole process was so smooth and we knew if we had any questions they would be eager to help or find out the answers for us. We would also recommend Chloe (Mortgage Consultant) as she has been great throughout the whole process keeping us updated and sorting the relevant documents for our new mortgage. Bought my house through Taylor’s Stevenage.... I meet Megan who presented the house with all the requirements and very pleased with all the info. Then i had meet Chloe the mortgage broker she is a star 🌟!! We purchased our house though Taylor’s and could not have done it without the help from the buying team and Chloe (mortgage advisor). Two years on when our fixed rate ended, we received a reminder from Chloe to meet to source another fixed term. She worked so hard and got us a fantastic deal. Chloe was there for us, answering any questions, even after normal working hours. I would highly recommend using Chloe Eley if anyone was thinking of taking out a mortgage or remortgaging.

Couldn't recommend Taylors enough! Through what ended up being a very long and difficult process, they kept myself and my partner updated every step of the way. I deeply regret not reviewing this agent before signing with them. There has been very little demonstration of care and consideration, especially towards the tenants. Despite moving into a home with clear issues such as faulty appliances, mold, and a non-functional boiler, the agent claimed helplessness and instructed me to resolve these concerns by reading the online manual myself. This lack of responsiveness and accountability has left me feeling utterly disappointed with the overall service provided. prospective tenants, beware.

I spoke to an agent regarding viewing a property and was asked what my max budget was. I advised the max budget and couldn’t increase it. The agent said he would ask the vendor for the viewing date/time was ok and confirm with me. However I called and left a message the next day requesting for an earlier date, during business hours, but no response. I was hoping to hear from them the next day but no response so again made another call during business hours but no response at all. The agent I spoke to that day became uninterested by the tone of his voice after telling him of the budget. I suspect because I couldn’t stretch my budget, they have completely ignored me. How unprofessional of their behaviour and running a business like this. At least have the decent courtesy to respond to a potential buyer! Because the budget doesn’t benefit your agency, ignoring the buyer is the best way of handling it. Will never use the estate agent ever!
